Hard top glass will not open

Hello. I can't seem the get my glass lift gate open on my 2003 Sahara. I'm not sure if this is a fuse issue or if it's completely broken. Any advice would help. Thank you.

Have you tried opening the tailgate and then trying to open the glass? I'm confused on why you would think its a fuse? Or do you mean the struts might be rusted thus preventing it from opening?

It worked perfectly fine one day and stuck the next. Nothing is rusted and everything is lubed up. Maybe its the hydraulics? I thought fuse because the wiper stopped working as well. It opens a few inches and stops like it's locked or something. Thank you for your responce!

Maybe you can climb into the back and try disconnecting the struts and see if it will raise that way. If so you know they are bad, just be careful because they are charged and will fully extend.
