Half door upper can't attach, nuts missing

I have a Bestop hard top with uppers and sliding windows. The three stabilizer grommets are in place and the bolts that attach the upper to the lower are present however two of the three slotted round nuts that clip to the bottoms of the grommets are not. I have one that is holding the upper on but at highway speeds there is significant amount of noise. I have contacted countless parts departments and the local experts (Collins Brothers, Wylie, TX). I have not been able to find anyone that has them, let alone tell me a part number or somewhere to find them. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.

I contacted them through a four wheel drive company in Tucson AZ. I didn't speak with them directly but I've got their number now and that is going to happen now. I've never run into such a problem. I appreciate the suggestion though.
