got the shakes

i have a 99 with 57,000 miles on it.Just got it a couple months ago. When i try to take off on a hill the jeep shakes until it gets going.Doesn't do it when going down a hill.On a steep hill it is really bad.Kinda like someone who doesn't know how to drive a stick shift.Could the problem be the clutch and pressure plate?Or any other ideas. Thanks

No codes being thrown.Doesn't seem to be anything like a misfire.

exactly what is the death wobble. It only does this when i take off on a hill or with a load.Tried to take off on a hill in second and all it did was slip the clutch. So my guess is the clutch is about gone.Whoever had it before me musta rode the clutch alot.
