Good Write UP for RE 4.5 install?

Does any1 know of a good write up for an install for the RE 4.5 SF ?

I haven't seen many writeups on it, although it comes with fairly detailed instructions. They're also located on their website. Link here
The 4.5 Sf was the first lift I ever did and completed in in two days.

its all bolt on..... nothing hard about it

set the pinion angles and the wheelbase
