Is this a good deal on a 2003 Rubi?

So after about a month of shopping for exactly what I want I found an 03 rubicon that I'm buying tomorrow, well I'm 99% sure I'm going to buy it anyway. I wanted some opinions from you guys to see if others thought it was a good deal.

I really don't want someone to go to Kelly Blue Book and copy and paste the report and tell me that is about what it is worth because between KBB, NADA, and Edmunds there are several different values ranging from less the $14k to more than $20k.

It is a one owner, stock, not off-roaded, 2003 Rubi, 5 Speed, Hard and soft top, 41,000 miles, cruise, cd, red with grey interior, etc... Final sale price of about $15,800 out the door for the jeep. That is the price I will have to pay...can't get it for any less. Oh and it comes with a 3 month/3000 mile warranty.

Well, my question is what do you guys think...is it a good price, a fair price or a terrible price? And why?

Also, you guys that have bought a used rubi in the last month or so...what the ballparkyou had to pay?

Here is a picture

Thanks,

Dustin

That price seem good to me. If you are getting what you want the price does't matter.

Seems like a damn good deal to me. When I was pricing out Jeeps, the best deal I could find was 14k for a 2000 sahara. I would have jumped at a rubi for 16k

Sounds like a great deal and it looks awesome. Love the color....not so much the chrome, though (easily fixable).

price is good mies figured at 10k / yr are good . have seen 2004 stock rubi at 18,000. looking at 2003 myself has 21k miles has 2" lift and 33" tires he wants 17,800 ..I would prefer stock but it looks damn good .. you have good looking rubi-red go get it .... make them change all fluids and go wheel it

Buy it but lose the chrome fast. Is there a AAA facility nearby? They do a pretty comprehensive wantsover for like $90.

That's less than what I paid for mine, and mine had more miles.

Seems like a smokin deal to me. I paid about that for my 2000 Sport with 45,000 miles. Granted, it had a few aftermarket add ons, but still not as nice as a three year newer rubi...
