Good body lifts

I've currently got a 1 inch body lift and don't want to go any higher than that since I'm also running a 3 inch suspension. However, it looks like the body pucks are shrinking down. Is this common with the polyurethane spacers or should I look into getting another body lift? If I do need another body lift, which is a good one to go with? Just so you know....the one I have now is a Daystar. Would something like the M.O.R.E. system body lift work better since it has aluminum body pucks? Here is a link to it: http://www.4x4rockshop.com/scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=1928

Daystar is one of the worst...the best would be from PA, JKS, or Currie IMO

Performance Accessories makes a very high quality BL that sells for less $$$ than most others. Mine has held up nicely for 7-8 years now... not that I don't expect it to last another 20 since most do anyway. And if your BL spacers are polyurethane, I wasn't aware that BL pucks were commonly made from polyurethane. My PA pucks are made from some kind of carbon fiber which is harder than polyurethane so they shouldn't shrink at all.

Would I essentially just be able to swap out the pucks and not have to install all of the brackets with a new body lift if I kept it at 1 inch?

Shouldn't be any problem at all doing that. Don't forget the hard-to-find pucks that are up by the upper rear shock mounts.

I have a Daystar 1" BL, with the poly pucks. No problems in 3 years with it.

I had a Performance Accessories body lift on my truck that was very nice, and my buddy is also running a PA on his Sierra. Though, a guy I work with just put a PA kit on his Isuzu Trooper, and had lots of problems with it... probably a lot of which to blame on the rusted POS Trooper though.

I currently have a M.O.R.E. body lift on my TJ, those pucks are made of billet aluminum so I don't see them shrinking any time soon. I believe the Currie kit is the same, except the pucks are black instead of silver like mine.

I have the MORE kit. I really like it and I like that it is aluminum rather than plastic.

I keep hearing this said, but I've yet to hear someone who has actually used a Daystar lift say anything bad about them. I've had mine on for two years now and haven't had a problem. Can anyone that has actually used a Daystar lift share what kinds of problems they have had? I like to hear about them.

I haven't had one... but I've read posts from users who have it saying it squeaked a lot (not sure how true that is).

Maybe they didn't torque the bolts correctly? I don't know, but mine has never made a sound and I've done a ton of wheeling in the last two years.

Mine is a PA.. For as light as a Jeep is, you should not have any problems. I have heard of them getting shattered by larger trucks that use them, but i mean really, the body of a Jeep weighs about as much as a fat chick...
