getting rid of the Death WoBblEs

my main goal is to rid Luceal of DEATH WOBBLES. once and for all. I have a 2000 jeep wrangler with a 3 in. lift on it. I believe that the reason I get the death wobbles is that I never loosened the Track bar when installing the lift.

Since I have had the wobbles so many times I'm guessing I have damaged most of the steering related components.

So, I plan on replacing the : pitman arm, drag link, track bar, tie rod, Sway bar links, and the lower control arms, steering stabalizer

Since a lot of lift kits have what I am trying to replace, I am Just going to upgrade the lift kit while im at it with a 4 - 5 in lift.

so... Here is my best guess:
skyJacker 4" lift kit: $518 ( control arms, sway bar links)
skyJacker track bar kit: $213 (track bar, steering stabilizer)
Heavy Duty Swedged Tie Rod Tube: $134
Tera flex heavy duty drag link $154
