Did you try turning the carrier 180 ??

The LEDs are polarity sensitive.

Last night I started replacing my water pump and got half way done. Today I was out there scraping off the old gasket when my new LED's(red) came in!

Thanks to the help of this write up I was done in 20 min, and it was my first time.

From what I can see in the day light, they don't look pink at all. They look genuinely red. I'll put pics up tonight to let yall see what red looks like.

One draw back though...you do loose control of dim and that might be because I bought the cheapest ones, I don't know.

I bought the cheapest ones. I think I'll go with brighter ones in the near future.

A couple questions....

1. does the "dim" feature still work for the dash lights?
2. has anyone tried the UV LED's?
- do you think the UV LED's would act just like a black light?.... That would be pretty cool.

Single LED, or triple LED's? Maybe that plays a role in the dim feature... I don't want to lose the dim, but I think I'm just gonna order some, and see what happens.

Is the green blinding with the singles or is it just right? I was also thinking green

Also, did you try switching out the heat and A/c controls too?

I think it's just right. I posted a pic in post #80. Looks much brighter in the pic than it really is.

Haven't tried the HVAC yet.

Yeah, saw the pic but like you said, the pic doesn't show how bright it is. Thanks man.

I want to see someone make it look good with the knob HVAC controls. I bought enough extra bulbs to do it, but I won't be home for months still.

Rear Currie 4" coils - 190 shipped. (They've been sitting in the back of my Jeep for mock up but won't work out for me.)

Hornblasters Shocker S4 horn set with some extras $210 shipped. (It is not OBA, just an accessory for OBA)

"LCOG" isn't cheap and it certainly isn't easy. If you think so, you are doing it wrong. If you aren't willing to put in the effort, don't label your build "LCOG". You are just a cheap ******bag.

automatic shifter indicator too
the hvac and switches turned out pretty darn nice

it might have been on wranglerforum or whatever that site is called

TJchuckTN, do you have the part numbers and the website you ordered yours from?
is the pic pretty accurate or is it exaggerated like some others have stated?
