gas tank skid bolts spin-cant drop tank

I am trying to drop the tank o my 97 TJ. Some of the carrage bolts are spinning on top and I cant figure out a way to hold them. I dont want to whip out the dremel or grinder because of the sparks. Anyone have any ideas?
