fuel rail schrader valve?

where on the fuel rail is the schrader valve located? I need to check it but can't find it- hard to look when it's 20 degrees outside!

Few inches back down the rail from the injectors (just follow along the fuel rail from the injectors). Has a plastic cap on it like your valve stems on your tires. Kinda hard to miss. But, I have no clue what 20 degrees is like.. maybe your eyeballs will be shivering

I've heard it reported that some 4 cylinders don't have one. But, here is a shot from the '98 FSM.
