front wheel bearing nuts adjustment

Hey guy' s Im re installing my front caliper but im not sure how tight the spanner nuts need to be? I have a 2003 rubicon with upgraded front calipers and dana lockers. when I took it apart the nuts just seemed to be almost hand tight. Is that all they need to be? bill

IIRC 11-12 lbs if you are talking about the caliper mounting bolts
Thank you Dave Cole, Dynomax, Falken and all the Spec Class sponsors!!
