Could be a bent wheel or perhaps the retaining clips used during the Jeep manufacturing process are still on the wheel mounting lugs. Aftermarket wheels don't always mount square if the retaining clips are still there.

The clips have been taken off, guess it could be a bent wheel??

Put the wheel in a different spot and see if there is a difference

Jack the front axle up and spin the front tires to see what is bent. Us trying to guess what is bent is just that, a guess.
