Is the front exhaust pipe the same from a 4.0 to a 2.5?

I am doing a 2.5 to 4.0 swap and I want to make sure I have all the parts before I start. Does anyone know if the 2.5 and the 4.0 share the same pipe between the manifold and the muffler? the 2.5 is a 97, the 4.0 is a 99. I looked online and it appears that part is not aftermarket so I couldn't compare part numbers. Thanks

Judging by this page, they are most definitely NOT the same:

Look at the dropdown menu for choices on pipe #3.

You posting a write up of your swap?

Not looking for a 4.0 swap myself, but a write up would be helpful to folks looking at the 4.0 swap but hearing from Novak and others that's it's a difficult swap.
