About to do my ujoints and found this thread. On a slightly side note, are there any benefits to going non greasable ujoint instead?

It literally fell off while working to get the u-joint out. So...there it is. Think I'll go out to dinner now...

Found the Spicer greasable u-joints for 10.79 each and the cv centering kit for 49.22 at Drivetrain Industries in Denver, CO. 1-800-525-6177 or 303-292-1100 (dti-inc.com) and the u-joint tool at Harbor Freight in Westminster, Co. for 32.99,(hope this helps if you're in the Denver area).

Thanks everyone!
Were those the right part #'s from Stu's site, are they the actual Spicer #'s? I removed my driveshaft tonight and the angry sparrow's are gone.

Yeah, Mike, they are the right Spicer part #'s. I got exactly what was listed in Zach Matson's supplimental artical at Stu's Jeep Site. They look exactly like the ones in the pictures. I'm going to replace the others with the greasable u-joints also.

Did you check the u-joints and the dust covers to make sure they were in good shape?

Don't know...yet. I'm going from non greasable to greasable. The non greasable u-jounts have to be completely taken apart to be serviced.
