Flowmaster Backpressure problem or no?

I got the flowmaster 40 series muffler on my jeep recently. When ever i put it in neutral after going it will want to stall out. Is that normal for a flowmaster or what is wrong if its not.

I've had that same muffler on my jeep for 2 years with no problem. Throwing any codes?

nope no codes... i guess i just dont need to downshift then put it in neutral too fast i think its when it gets revved up too high then hurry and put into neutral it only does it
