Floor Soaked after hard rain.

My 02 Wrangler has a soaked floor after a hard rain & I can't find where it's coming from.
I know it's water (Not the Heater Core)
I have a Hardtop, but it's not coming in from under the windows.
The Floor was so wet that I had to take the drain plugs out.
There's more water in the back floor (infront of the rear seates)
There's a lot of water on the front floors also.
All plugs are in & again....The sides below the windows aren't wet...
Anyone have a idea on where this water is coming from?
Thanks!

There is a little square vent in front of your windshield. When water gets in this vent it drains through a tube out the bottom of you jeep. Over time it gets clogged and backs up into your jeep. Open your hood and look on the back firewall, It exits about even with the valve cover on the engine and hangs about 12" towards the ground. It's made of rubber and sorta looks like a bladder. just grab and squeeze it should open for the water drain.

Man this same thing has happened to me. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from so I back my jeep in on the driveway since the incline would allow more drainage and that helps but I will look into the rubber plug too.

When the drain in the hood cowl gets plugged,it also drains through the vent box located on the passenger side under the cowl.I siliconed mine and stopped the leak.
