Flickering ABS light

Jeep Wrangler Sahara 1998, with 153k miles. The ABS light flickers (maybe 2 - 3 times a second), does it cold/hot; moving and parked. Any things I should look at?

My first question would be if your Jeep actually has ABS.
I've seen the cluster go bad on vehicles and activate indicator lights that weren't even suppose to be active because they were for options that vehicle did not even have.

I've been on the Jeep equipment list page (https://www.jeep.com/webselfservice/jeep/index.html) and put in my VIN - the list doesn't show ABS. Is there some way I can visually check if I have ABS?

Is there an ABS pump on the tray under your brake booster/master cylinder?

If not, no ABS...
