yeah that's great, but the OP wants a replacement skid that requires little to no modifications to other components to get it to fit.

the steel skid is 3/6", the aluminum option is 1/4"

with the framing, (i beleive) it acts like at least 1/4"

its 3/16 steel or 1/4 aluminum, but it is also reinforced by the crossmember.

yah, the only mod which is really required to get the most additional clearance is the 1.25 jks body lift.

they have spacers if you do not want to that, but you get no additional clearance, but no mods.

I went with the 1/4" Teraflex Belly up. But I put on a 1.25" BL and a MML. I also had to have 1" cut out to shorten the exhaust hanger.

My Skidrow engine skid bolted right up. (after drilling new holes)

I don't think you can go totally flat when you have a lift. The angles are pretty extreme. I still have slight vibes with this skid with my RE 4.5 lift.

Ok, all good info,... sooo If the skid I eventually end up with requires no BL or modifications, I still think it might be a good idea to install the 1" BL anyway, to help gain a little extra clearance for the exhuast and cat convert. to keep all that heat a bit more away from the floor board. Am I thinking right here or am I just being Anal?

Skyjacker makes a relatively inexpensive one, as well.
