Contact Joe at EndlessMtnFab here: Joe@EndlessMtnFab.com great prices and great service, he'll also be able to help you figure out relocating your air compressor. he's a vendor for many off-road companies and can get pretty much any part you want/need....hope this helps...like I said before, I have this skid on my TJ and it's MUCH better and alot simpler than the stock shovel, with very minor modifications needed to install......no BL/MML/driveshaft or exhaust mods needed...

Thanks very much!! The TnT ones look nice... I need to look at the 33 engineering as well. I'm trying to figure out the direction I want to go(trying to keep my jeep on the short side), and this forum is incredible, I search topics all the time for info.... Thanks for all the feedback!

fyi, with the 33 engineering, and especially since you have a Rubicon, you'll need a body lift and possibly motor mount lift, and rear upper adjustable control arms to adjust your pinion angle, and possibly have to make modifications to your exhaust to fit. The TnT skid does not require any of these prior to installation...the 33 skid is nice, but also more expensive than th TnT...

I would guess that you still might need the adjustable upper control arms, since you gain an inch of clearance with the TnT, and you are probably getting rid of the stock transfer case lowering kluge if u have any kind of small lift. Just a guess tho.

no need for rear adjustable UCA's with the TnT if you have already installed them with your SYE/CV. You will however have to re-use any transfer case drop you're using if you don't have SYE or BL/MML. I have a very minor t-case drop, a few washers, re-used them, and still gained about an inch clearance...

Hey thanks for the info and the "joe" link..... can you give me a ballpark as to what you paid for yours....I'm just trying to plan ahead. I will install my SYE/CV/SKID PLATE at the same time, thanks!

I'm not sure what it is now, but should be less than $300 with shipping, but I'm not 100% on that...yeah that's his email, he's really good at responding to customer inquiries....he's a vendor on many other jeep web sites

Hey, thanks for that link too! The 33 eng. looks good also. But let me ask to be sure. If you install the 33eng. skid with an SYE do you still need a motor mount lift and a 1" body lift as that link states?

Are the motor mount lift and body lift used with the 33, to take care of the pinion angle or is it for clearance issues or both?
Also what kind of exhaust clearance issues are there with th 33 eng.? any mods too that?

also there is this skid which I think requires no mm,bl or exhaust mods:

No need to relocate the compressor if you use 33 engineering skid, they provided mounting in the same location as stock on their belly up skid, check my jeep pics and look around you will see.
