Finnally ordered, thanks Jason

Well, tonight i was finnally able to order a few things through Red Rock 4x4, and despite the troubles on my end of the line, working with Jason was a pleasure. I was having some issues with my bank over a ammount limit set as a security measure, and after a total of 3 times trying to place the order, Jason had my order nearly memorized. it finnally went through tonight, and im to say the least really frickin exited. i'll be installing the kit on a week i have off the second week of april (not that i need all that time to install it, haha) anyway, this is what i all ordered

RE 7000 SuperFlex 4.5"
-CV shaft bracket
-TW Rubicon CV driveshaft
-Adjustable rear trackbar
-Adjustable front and rear lower control arms
-RE Monotube shocks
-Rear shock relocater brackets
-Rear extended brake lines

Jeeperman Diamond skids
Jeeperman grips

might not be much, but im exited and looking forward to the challenge. And a big thanks to Jason at RedRock if he gets to reading this, thanks for your patience, if i ever need anything else i know who to go to.

as far as anyone else, give Redrock4x4 a call and talk to Jason, he'll work for you.

You should have plenty of fun with that setup!! The install is pretty straight forward if you have done a suspension lift before on a TJ and there are plenty of write-ups out there to help. Post up pics when its done. Are you waiting for the bank account to recoup til you do the gears??

pretty much, im holding out to see how it performs, right now i think it revs too high on the expressway, not to mention it will be even worse to keep up with traphic once the 70mph signs start popping up on the expressway now that the bill passed. i know i will eventually have to regear, but its not on my priority list atm.

as far as installing it goes, ive read atleast a dozen write ups getting myself psyched up for the installation, and ive spent about an hour and a half laying underneith my jeep just looking at bolts and running the whole process through my head. im pretty confident.

Yea thats pretty much what I did for the entire month that my lift was sitting in my bedroom at school. I pretty much layed under my Jeep once a week for a month or so spraying every bolt I could find with PB blaster. I also went through and made sure each bolt would come out before I started on the lift. I just started to loosen every bolt a bit and made sure it would turn so there were no unexpected stuck bolts when it was time to put the lift on! I know it sounds dumb but I'm a geek and had nothing better to do. I went through the install in my head atleast a hundred times and I know it helped when it was actually time to do the install. I have everything done now except the front and rear brake lines cuz I've never bled brakes before and I'm not goin wheeling any time soon so I'll get to it sometime! Good luck with the install and post up pics!

Yea, I didnt have the tools or the space to put the lift on while I was at school so I had to wait til I could come home to do it. I usually dont wait a minute to put stuff on, I rip it out of the box and put it on immediately, haha!! I have been better about recently though. I have a SYE and belly up skid plate I have had since July, just havent had the time really or desire to tear into the transfer case and then have to spend $300+ on a CV driveshaft til now!! I hope to have it done by April!
