a few repairs

So i'm brad and i have a 97 wrangler SE 2.5 L

i'm trying to do some minor tune up stuff and i hit a snag. i was changing my spark plugs when i realized that the one closest to the front of the is blocked by the air conditioner unit.

does any one know of a way to change that plug with out droping the unit?

also my fan only has 2 speeds high and off does any one know what the problem might be?

my air conditioner unit doesn't pump when i put it on inside the jeep?

and my center vents don't have any air comming out of them even when i have the fan on high?

any knowledge is welcome and all helpful hints will be tried. thanks in advance.
