exhaust manifold bolt

Just took my TJ 1997 Jeep into mechanic, to sort out a "popping" noise that sometimes happens when going down hill, or when accelerating in low-gear, then letting-off of the accelerator. The mechanic said there was an exhaust manifold bolt missing. Is this a job I could do myself, and save $300+, by putting a replacement bolt in?

If so - any links to the appropriate bolts online?

Provided the bolt is only missing and not actually snapped off in the head, it's a rather easy fix. If it's snapped off, not so easy.
