Everything I need to know is right here!

I finally broke down & fulfilled a dream by buying a Wrangler 10 days ago. It's a 97 w/ only 76k & the price was right. One of the first places I came after the purchase was this forum, as I had questions about all the slight quirks that came with it.

So far, I have found answers to all my questions right here... Why does my Jeep lean slightly? Why does the temp stay around 210? Why does it seem slow? Why can I not tow my camper? I found all the answers right here!

And I am not complaining about any of these things cuz my family & I love it. My 2 y/o calls it her Jeep & begs for the soft top to come off everyday! My wife drives it every chance she gets, instead of her Expedition!

Ok, enough of my babbling... great forum & I will keep reading to find all of my answers to the various questions I have... I also hope to weigh in on the conversations as well!

Until then, you got a very happy Jeep owner in Memphis, Tenn!

Welcome aboard from a fellow Memphis, TN-er.

Just got back from a ride actually where we did some nice climbing, a little splashing around, and some tight trail riding right here in the heart of our fair city (Hacks/Winchester area). Had my pretty stock 04 and my buddy's fairly stock 03 Rubicon.... plus a rodeo and blazer out and about.

If you ever decided to get out and get her a little dirty, by all means shoot me a PM. THere's nothing we do out there that your new vehicle cannot handle... even stock.

Congrats, and always remember to around town... not enough people do!

Wow, I had no idea there were some places right here I could take it... I was thinking of taking it into north Mississippi some this fall on some old roads my grandfather used to take me down in his '76 Jeep Cherokee. I may have to join y'all sometime.

I need to talk to the previous owner & make sure I got all the mods correctly that he did to it. But it's got a 3" lift, etc. It's my daily driver, so I can't risk hurting it too much.

When I wash it up I'll take some pics & post them on my website.

With a 3" lift you'll be juuust fine. Mine is my daily driver with 0 lift on 31s and is the newest vehicle I've ever owned so rest assured we're not riding on anything that could cause any real damage (short of freak occurences).

Just drop me a line if you're interested. We shot some pretty entertaining video today so when I get the clips uploaded I'll post to show ya what we get into out there.

FYI.. most guys are in their early/mid 30s... couple of slightly younger guys who try the crazy stuff (the blazer).
