Euro TJ Led conversion help needed!

Ok, problem is, our '04 TJ here in Turkey is euro spec, meaning seperate turn signal and brake lamp. I want to install some LED taillights however, there isnt a Led taillight for euro spec Tjs. So I have to convert the tail lights back to US spec. I ve been looking at the factory diagrams but didnt understand much.
Then I found the trailer light converters for vehicles with seperate turn signal and brake lamp.

http://www.hitchsource.com/to-wire-p...p-p-27168.html

Do you think this will work on our TJ? I am planning to find the main connector in the back and install this converter and rewire all the way to the taillight housings and hook them up as they were trailer lights.

Any help will be appreciated!

These are euro spec and just require a resistor

If you want to convert to the "US Spec" lights then yes, a basic trailer harness converter would work fine.

Yeah, actually Im planing to keep the original light design I dont like the round ones. And Im going to give it a try with converter and maybe a resistor for hyper flashing problem.
Worse case scenario is the Euro spec lights from that company.
