I'm replacing the CPS today I hope this will resolve my problem

Replace the CPS sensor and had to take it to pep boys cuz I wasn't aware you need to sync the new CPS. got that done and now I have a new problem,eng light turn on got a code P1391. the guy at pep boys told me I might need to replace the Camshaft sensor too. So off I go .. Hope this will fix my problem.

well after 3 weeks of not knowing why my jeep kept acting up sine i had already repleace the cps,came to find out the CPS I had bought was NO GOOD.I went to the dealer to get another one and that took care of my problems..

Yep, aftermarket sensors (as well as many other parts) are very hit and miss. For critical parts like sensors, water pumps, and alternators, I will only run OE parts.
