Electric Supercharger Under 200?

Saw this on ebay and thought I'd post it here. Looks like malarky to me but thought it would be interested to get peoples opinions...

Notice there are no bids with only 21 hrs left! This is a good sign on its worth.

150 cfm at 8000 rpm's. Your engine would be toast.

These are the same fans you use in your bathroom yes they can move air but the have zip for psi. There is no mechanical seal between the plastic and aluminum squirl cage. These fans are made for pulling stinky fumes from your throne to your back yard.If electric supercharges were so good and cheap all the auto mfg would be putting them on those little 4 bangers.Like they say if it sounds to be good to be true.....

I don't think a jeep goes up to 8000rpm does it. I will have to take a look. Of course I've never had mine even close to 4000 let alone 8.

not to knock any of you guys but the 8000rpm's probably refers to the fan speed not engine speed, no engines these days rev that high in normal cars, let alone jeeps...just my opinion though

Is the "Tornado" thing is the same catagory as this thing ? I was looking at a catalog last night, can't remember which, that had them listed and how much they approve this and that... seems like just another goofy gimmick...

My 87' MR2 topped out at 7k rpm's I think....and about 123 mph with two people and luggage. Man that was a tough little 1.6L Lego car.
