Electric Supercharger

Anyone tried the electric supercharger, it is supposed to increase HP, it has a fan which gives a boost of 1PSI ?

I've never used one but I've been told they are worthless. They actually block more air than they blow.

You could probably build that for $20. That assuming it works, of course. You'd probably get better acceleration by cleaning out your center console...

If electric superchargers worked, every gear head in America would be rushing to buy one... There is no way that that little motor is going to provide enough CFM and velocity to even keep from becoming a restriction. Total SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The guys at Kenne Bell or Vortec or Roush etc must feel pretty silly spending all that time and money developing incredibly complex and expensive parts, fuel system mods and programming etc, when all they needed to do was hook a hair dryer to in the intake snorkel......

Pfffffff. I accomplished that, simply by putting a NOS sticker on my tailgate.

That's too expensive!

Here's the solution you need: http://videos.streetfire.net/Player.aspx?fileid=AB544E3B-5DFF-416D-9CFD-A1AD23CA9564

This revolutionary product is shown on a Honda, but it will work with most makes and models.

It has it's own self-contained fuel source. No sapping power from the alternator.
Plus, you can clean off your driveway after you mow/trim.
