Easy Fit Question

Would a Steel Horse 2 piece hard top from a 2004 fit onto my 99 TJ? Also, i've got soft upper windows - would I need to change to hard doors? Thanks,
Andy

03 to 06 factory hard tops don't have fents for air equilibrium as in previous models. To compensate the factory tailgate has vents. I'm not sure if this is true with the Steelhorse. Not sure about the soft uppers either.

DUDE!!! If you can avoid putting a Steel Horse two-piece on ANYTHING - AVOID IT!! I have one got a year ago. The design is poor, the fit worse. IF you're lucky enough to get it to fit just right the first time then you'll be VERY lucky.
I've used mine for a total of 3 months and will most likely give it away free. It sucks. The engineering for fit and attachment to the body is really bad.
I've actually had to drill holes in various places and manufacture various clamps to keep it on the Jeep!
Good luck - these things suck!
