Soak up as much water as you can with towels and a wet-vac, and tomorrow, if it's sunny, park it in the sun all day. Pull your carpet too, since you plan on pulling it there is no reason in waiting anymore. Leave it in the sun, you can always put it back when it drys until you want to remove it permanently. You may get a check airbag light, it's fine... you clockspring is wet if that's the case. Let it dry out in the sun, it will fix itself 90% of the time. __________________ 2004 Jeep Wrangler Sport - 5 speed Silver Metallic finish with black dual tops - Dana 44 Rear 2.25" Suspension Lift with Old Man Emu Shocks Performance Accessories 1" Body Lift Daystar 1" Motor Mount Lift Spidertrax 1.25" Wheel Spacers - 32"x11.5" MT/R Tires |

You'll be fine, don't worry... we don't even know if the light will come on yet. Your cruise control may not work either if you have it installed. __________________ 2004 Jeep Wrangler Sport - 5 speed Silver Metallic finish with black dual tops - Dana 44 Rear 2.25" Suspension Lift with Old Man Emu Shocks Performance Accessories 1" Body Lift Daystar 1" Motor Mount Lift Spidertrax 1.25" Wheel Spacers - 32"x11.5" MT/R Tires | |

It is a relay, I'm not sure which one, but it will dry out on its own (well, it always has over the last 9 years). Otherwise just follow the others advice, and either pull or prop up your carpet so the underside can dry. __________________ Jarhead Jeep Club O|||||||O 97 Black TJ, BFG MT 35s, 4.7L Stroker, ARB's, Dana60 rear, Dana30HP Front Warn manual hub conversion, 6 inch mostly Tera long arm lift. Web Wheeler Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: Puget Sound, WA Posts: 1,208 | haha I lucked out quite a bit actually. I parked under a tree at work this morning without even realizing it. So my seat was dry and it was just a drizzle the whole hour home. But I loved it. That thread talking about the zen happiness while in a jeep hit there. Warm weather, low 70's, light drizzle, the smell of rain in a slow ride. Perfect commute home! |
