Driveshaft clunk, thump, bump....

I have a 2004 Wrangler Sport with a 4.0, automatic , and 2 inch suspension lift. The problem is that after the Jeep has been driven for awhile I get a for lack of a better term "double thump" from underneath. This happens only when slowing down, braking or not, at around 950-975 rpms. Feels like it's in the driveline. Like the shaft is going in and then backing out but I cant be sure. Sometimes it feels harsher than other times and then it will NOT happen all the time. Took it to the dealership and they cant reproduce it, because they wont drive it long enough is my guess.

I'm sure you have checked your u joints for wear, but some other things worth looking at-
upper and lower control arm bushings, if they are worn they allow the axle to twist when you apply brakes.
trans mount, sounds strange but mine had similar problems and I found my mount was starting to split.
