I'm assuming this?
Cat-Back Exhaust Kit by 4 Wheel Drive Hardware and Other Jeep Parts and Jeep Accessories by 4 Wheel Drive Hardware

This should work considering every other kit I see shows the same part number for the 4.0 and 2.5: Dynomax 19391 Dynomax Bolt-On Exhaust Systems for Trucks and SUVs
And it has a $50 rebate.

Contact Kolak at kolak@aol.com, he'll give you a good price on an exhaust system.

There's no need to overpay for a catalog catback exhaust system. Just take your Jeep to your local independent (NOT Midas, Meinike, etc. who will rip you off for big $$$) muffler shop and tell him you need a new muffler installed. Tell him if you want it like the stock muffler, louder, etc. and he'll take care of you. I had some custom exhaust work done at my local muffler shop a few years ago required after installing my long-arm suspension (the OE muffler wouldn't fit afterwards) and it cost me a grand total of $85.

Before the days of catalogs with their shiny polished cat-back systems that cost 3X more than they should, people used to actually be familiar with their local muffler shops and knew to just get their muffler work done there.

Then at slow speeds (wheeling) you have to deal with exhaust fumes.... I'll pass on that.
