Do I need longer brake lines???

I have a 1" BL and am considering doing a 2" - 4" suspension lift. At what point do I need longer brake lines?

i've got ~2-2.5" of lift and needed longer brake lines....

it's easy to check...hang the axle from the shocks (full droop). turn the wheel to the left and right all the way, check to see if the lines are taut. if they are, you need new lines...how long? use some string and measure....

I have a 2" lift up front and a 1" in the rear with 35" tires. I went with a 4" Russel Kit. My stock lines were maxing out with that much lift. Having it off the frame was ok but I also have a 7 inch stretch so a 4" Russel kit worked out front and rear.
