difficult hitch installation... help needed...
i just received my new drawtite hitch from quadratec (DRAW-TITE RECEIVER HITCH 97-05 WRANGLER 75193) this afternoon. im trying to install it on my 05 rubicon.
the hitch seems about an 1/8th of an inch too narrow for the frame. ive checked model numbers on the box, hitch itself, and my invoice. the model number is correct. is there some easy way to make this hitch go onto the frame so i can bolt it in place? if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. this is frustrating, and it doesnt help that my helper (the wife) doesnt have much patience with my new toy. thank you for any suggestions and help!

Do a search. I think you might need a plate or something. I remember reading about a htich install recently...I will try and find it...
