Yeah, tonight I experienced my worst death wobble. It bucked hard and I had to pull over to get it to stop. My friend next to me had a lot of questions that I could only explain with "its a jeep thing". I hate that saying, but find myself using it a lot.

Death wobble at 70 mph does not sound fun. I was experiencing it at 55 mph, and that was bad enough. I am not an expert, but you might have more than just an alignment problem. Worn or unbalanced tires, worn suspension parts, and other factors can cause the DW. In my case, new tires and a front end alignment cured the problem. Recently I discovered that I have been driving with a bent axle bracket that my lower control arm connects too. This has been causing odd vibrations at highway speeds. This too could have contributed to my DW.

I think there is a write up on the Death Wobble somewhere in this forum. Good luck to ya.
