death wobble

I put a 3.5 re lift on my friends 2000 tj with 33's and procomp shocks. followed the directions to the t and even had the alignment done as per re's suggestions. now anything over 15 mph you hit a bump and the wheels shake violently.

what have you guys done to elminate this problem?
