Dana 44 Front

I'm looking for a junkyard Dana 44 Front axle....what vehicles have the best ones for a TJ?

There is only one other bolt up option other than what mrblaine mentioned - the Rubi 44.

If you want something close to the same width, TJ WMS-WMS is about 60". Waggy 44s are close to this width. 70s Broncos and some Scouts are also pretty close too.

A HP 44 from a late 70s full size Ford is another good option, but its going to be full width.

What weak point in your D30 are you looking to upgrade?

Pre 70s Broncos are good plus you get a 9in for the rear. Thats what I did.

A little wider but not too much and adds stbility.
