DAA and PPA fees on jeeps..are they Negotiable?

Working with a dealer and saw DAA and PPA advertising fees on the invoice. These fees are 140 and 160 respectively. Are these negotiable figures or is this a standard fee that everyone must pay. Dealer says everyone pays them.

Thanks

they are "normal" fees...but not everybody pays them...

if it's a stubborn dealer, you might get them to split the fees with you...if not, I hope you've got other dealers in the area...

now, if you're already close to invoice (which WILL included destination charge, but not advertising fees), you might just suck it up and pay it...or, just tell the dealer to cover it with his holdback...

it's how they recover some of their advertising costs...
