Cut OEM front bumper PICs

I should have saved the pictures but over the last few months I have seen some pretty cool modifications to OEM front bumpers. I was wondering if anyone had any pictures they could post?

Front Bumber

rear bumber

I made the cuts with a 4" cutoff wheel. Sanded the bumbers when I was done and sprayed them with duplicolor's pickup bedliner.

Chopped the sides down and moved the fog lights inwards (needed to extend the wiring).

Looks good, I did mine darn near identical to that, just a bit shorter than BDueces.

I have to laugh at myself because I ordered my new new bumpers within about a week of doing it. Not because it looked bad, just I was planning on new bumpers all along. I was so antsy to do something to my jeep, and it was free, so I trimmed my stock one in the mean time. Sorry no pics

Those all look nice, but a hit on a rock mangles them fairly easily. But great looking for the mall crawl.

Good question....
My 2pennies worth.....
At least for the rockcrawlin crowd would be less to get hung up on.
Fenders, bumpers etc. more clearance to get up and over stuff without having anything in the direct line of tires.

Some do it for the look. Some for the function. Some for both. Also simply to kill some time, drink some cold ones and cut metal in the garage when the inlaws are in town.

Anyone else want to chime in?

Here's my chopped front bumper. Just straight down at a 45 degree angle.
