cut fender flares

just got em completed and tested em out. look good and no more rubbing!

tools used:
sharpie marker ( i just eyed where i wanted to cut then drew a line to make sure it was about even.)

air rotary cutter (you know the ones with the little discs)

Took about 30 seconds per flare.

light sand paper have to find grit for you all. sanded down any loose hanging pieces of plastic

decided not to paint them bc well...my jeep is not supposed to be shiny and pretty.

2: Beer.

Or I could just take mine off and trade you then cut yours and put on mine :P

I'll take you up on that! Send via PM?

The Bank of Wife is processing a ton of financing requests for this Jeep. Current finance application under review: misc armor (front bumper, rockers, and some skid plates).

That looks awesome
Do you have any close-ups of any of them? How far up the flare did you do your cutting? How are the edges?
This may be my way around tube fenders for now.

Hey I'll take some close ups and some edge shots today after work for everyone. I did about 3 1/4 inches. like I said I just eyed it to my liking and cut.
