Little up date. Have been running a lot of trails and the bumpers are holding up great. The back has seen a few rocks but less then normal with the high departure angle. The front has hardly been touched again due to the high approach angle. In a few weeks I will be in Moab for the Easter Jeep Safari, will see how the stinger holds up against white knuckle. Well hope you all are out jeepin, maybe ill see you in Moab.

Did you ever decide to produce these? Or at least sell the specs? I'd be interested in the Rear. I've got something else in mind for the front of mine but I really like both of yours. Nice work man.

"LCOG" isn't cheap and it certainly isn't easy. If you think so, you are doing it wrong. If you aren't willing to put in the effort, don't label your build "LCOG". You are just a cheap ******bag.

Bennet - I am not going to produce these, there is just not enough time. The rear bumper has a few file that have been corrupt so i do not have a complete assembly. but i can give you what i have. the most important parts are still working (back plate with bolt patterns and other mounting plates) and have a drawing of the whole assembly. from there you can probably finish it up. Let me know what you think.

Vincec - The hitch pin can be placed in on either side and any type of pin can be used. Being at work I am unable to see the pictures but both the front and back bumper were welded using the Hobart Tigmate. These bumpers were laser cut and I had designed them to fit together like a puzzle so it was easy to put them together with out many leveling tools or clamps.

Thanks for the great comments.

Do you think you could send me a solidworks drawing of the front bumper? I was thinking of making something similar and wanted to see how the the bumper is tied into the frame. Nice bumper btw

Here He Here He Come One Come All!!

Okay, I guess these bumpers are more popular then I thought. A lot of you are asking me if I am going to produce them or sell the design. I do not plan on doing either. I will give the design away so that you can build your own. And if you go into production on your own then royalties would be nice. Anyway just send me a PM with you email address and allowed file size and I will send them to you. You can have just drawings or 3D files too.
And if you find it in your heart to donate to my jeep forum fund then great, I think my year is almost up.
