Covering up those Dings

Well Ive got a pretty good amount of Stone chips on my Jeep. Some of them chipped past the primer so theres a bit of rust accumlating. Anyone know of a good touch-up product that I can find that specifically relates to Jeep paint jobs. Or any product that I can find in my paint color. I want to prevent anymore rust/chipping from those spots. Open to any suggestions.

2000 Shale Green Sport, I6, 5spd.
3.5" RE Standard
1" MORE BL
1" MORE MML
33x12.5" BFG MTs on Tech-1 Rock Crawlers
KC 130W Long Range Slimlites mounted on Windshield.
JKS Quick Disconnects
and a lot of other trinkets

It is a Jeep and scratch and dent is a way of life and shows character - but rust sucks no matter what. I would get a rust killer of some sort and take my paint code to the dealer and get touch up paint. Wait about a month after touch up and wash and wax - or you could always durabak the entire tub inside and out and call it good.
