control arm lenths

is there a chart or formula to find the lengths of control arms at different lifts ?

yup there is. start by filling in your profile.

for the rear its mostly going to depend on your pinion angle - DC shaft or single cardan shaft. for the front its mostly going to depend on a balance between pinion angle and caster.
