Clutch/Transmission Noise

Long story short on my 04 Rubicon with Manual Transmission with the clutch in no noise with clutch out it makes a tapping noise (shifts fine) figured bad throw out bearing so replaced with the Luk kit, flywheel and replaced tranny fluid same issue, don't know if this is related or not but with the TC in 2Hi the 4x4 light is on the dash I have verified it is in 2Hi, when I pull up on the TC Shifter to got to 4Hi the light goes out I verified it was in 4Hi I have the Novac Shifter thinking that it slipped adjustment I re-adjusted but no difference.

Thoughts please.

My 06 LJ with the NSG-370 makes a slight rattling sound when sitting in neutral with the clutch out, so I am going to subscribe to this thread.

Slight rattle I am used to and believe it is normal from what I have read, this is much more than that this is actually a tapping sound like a gear not quite engaged.
