cluster lights not working

ok so heres my problem, the last owner installed these stupid autozone type R leds into the gauge cluster...problem is they arent even hooked up..there fore i have no cluster lights at night..ive dug into it and i found a connector i think im supposed to wire to them..2 white 20-22gauge wires with a 2pin connector on the end..any idea where i gotta plug this thing in? and which is ground and which is hot? ones solid white and the other is white with grey - - - - -'s any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

also installed a aftermarket radio...the dimmer need to be hooked up to make the back lights of the cluster illum?
