Click/ gargle noise when i drop the clutch in Neutral or when turning off in neutral

So when ever i drop the clutch my jeep makes a clicking or gargle noise that no other tj makes. Is sounds like a spin that is missing some thing to make it tight. It have been like this for 2 years and hasnt caused problems but i feel like it may in later years. It almost sounds like a beaing is missing of something of the sort. Any suggestions. I would take a video but don't know how to post it.

Could be the normal 5-speed tranny noise...does it go away entirely when you're sitting still, at idle? If so, don't worry over it.
