Cleaning soft top and more

Hello,
I was just seeing if anyone knows what to use to clean a soft top. I just picked up a used soft top because mine was ripped and wanted to clean it. It is stained with dried mud the the previous owner never even washed off. Can I just use a pressure washer to clean it before i install it? Also what can I use to make the color brighter? Do I need to use some type of fabric rattle can substance. Or do I use a product to bring out the color? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks and have a good day.
