To do 35's right it will take more than just a couple grand. Save the worries and stay at 33's.

You could add a 2" BL (not cool), or a 1" BL (cooler) and tube fenders. Or a high line lift.
You will want to check out something like the Currie HD steering setup if you wheel it, and do some kind of brake up grade if you drive it on the street allot. (vanco) You will at least want to have a D44 or 8.8 in the rear. You can probably get by with out re-gearing but you will want to regear. (expensive) Otherwise your mileage, and power will suffer tremendously. You could be really cheap and not do any of the above... but You will face breakage, and drive ability issues. Start by finding out if you have a D44 rear axle or a D35. If you have a 44 it will save you quite a bit of money if you plan on running 35" tires.

Tube fenders and you will be fine, Or trim your own and make some tube framed ones, I did and alot cheaper. For what i was going for, They suit me best. Like said though, Stick with 33's, Cheaper to replace too, And most of your parts have to be up-graded to be able to run 35's. You can get away with running them on the road, But off-road something will give quick. Just my opinion, Good luck
