chasing gremlins

Hi guys, just finised my header swap ( for jeep forum and for chilton manual) she runs much more quiet now...but my rough idle continues.
I have been running injector cleaner with each fill up, replaced plugs with autolite ap985's, new plug wires, cap, rotor, cam pos sensor, airfilter, cleaned the throttle body. No vacuum leaks that i can find and no codes.

She starts fine every time but idles up and down between 500-700 and feels like it coughs every second or so. Feels fine while driving (bit underpowered but i chalk that up to 31's with 3.07's)
Any thing you guys can think of to help me nail down this gremlin would be very much appreciated.

Mine had the same issue- I finally replaced the Idle air control solenoid and solved the problem... sometimes cleaning the IAC doesn't help.
