Changing head gasket

I have a bad head gasket. Rough idle, loosing coolant. Got lucky and got a free head that I got cleaned and milled. So its just off with the old and on with the new one. Anyone do this before? Anything I should look out for? I have my trusty FSM in hand. Just wanted to get anyone elses opinions.
