Can u put spider gears dana 30 with out resetting the gears?

Can u put spider gears dana 30 with out resetting the gears? Is there a way to just put spider gears in a dana 30 and is this a hard Job?

Spiders shouldn't be a problem. I know I pulled mine when installing an Aussie. I don't think they'd be that tough to re-install. I believe the tough gear-work is between the Ring & pinion but I'm not sure.

No, you do not have to reset the ring and pinion gears, to change the spider gears. If you can pull the front axles and change diff fluid, then you can change the spider gears.
